| Blood Device data can be entered into the survey service with a variety of methods, including: • Manual entry • Spreadsheet Upload • Direct communications with another software application such as Hemasphere. |
| How are Chairpersons invited to take a survey? |
| Based upon the date of the Blood Drive a Chairperson will be sent an email invitation to take a brief survey Chairpersons will be sent a reminder email in case they do not fill out the survey after a few days. |
| What is a good way to increase Chairperson participation? |
| If a blood Center offers a random prize once a month more Chairpersons will submit surveys. Offering a $50 Gift Card as a random prize once a month willb e a good way to let chairpersons know you appreciate their participation |
| Does this service have the ability to communicate directly to Hemasphere Recruiting Software? |
| Yes the service does communicate actively with Hemasphere. Each Night Hemasphere is able to send Instant Evaluate Details about the Blood drive and the Related Staff that worked the blood drive. Instant Evaluate can also send data back to Hemasphere (our sites have proven to work very well together). |
